The 2018 Jordan Yearbook is on its way and should be here by the end of the week! It is a special tribute and retrospective to the 81 years of Jordan Middle School and its theme is "Jordan: More Than a Name".
The votes in the most recent stuco election have been tabulated, and we have the results! Here are the winners! Next year's President will be Kimmy Becerra. Vice-President is Elianna Kondylis. Treasurer will be Lucas Guan. Victoria Senderzon won the election for spirit leader.
Secretary will be Isaac Oh. The Multi-Cultural Officer is Payton Anderson. Commissioners are Shamsheer Singh, Ben Bishop, and Ian Aquilar-Hwang. The Officer: is Marcella Komo
Today continues our spirit week! We are throwing it back to the 70's with hippie day today, and tomorrow will be color day. 6th graders will be blue, 7th graders will be white, and 8th graders will be red. Be sure to show your school spirit!
Jordan students can make thier voice heard by taking the Student Survey! The survey asks questions about how students feel about school and classes. The link can be found in an email in Schoology. Teachers also have the link.
First, The Gunn High School Robotics Team is hosting a robotics summer camp for middle schoolers! Campers will build and code robots to compete in challenges and competitions led by member of the Gunn Robotics Team.
The camp takes place on June 11-15, 2018 from 8:30am to 3:00pm in room L-5 at Gunn High School. A beginner skill level is recommended, and any grade is welcome. To sign up, visit gunnroboticssummer2018.com and register by this Friday, May 25th! Email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions."
