Eighth graders participating in "pennies for patients" will receive their information this week during Advisory. Many students have taken a box to collect coins to help fight leukemia!
Some students may remember taking a math competition at Greene a couple months ago. For those students who took the AMC 10A competition, please see Ms. Pierce for your results.
Science Olympiad Club members are thrilled about taking 5th place at the Santa Clara County Regionals on Saturday, Mar 16. Congratulations to the Blue, Red and Green Teams for taking 5th, 10th and 15th places respectively at the Santa Clara Regional Science Olympiad Tournament! Students won a combined total of 17 medals, the highest count in school history!
Tickets to Friday night's big dance are on sale!
Tickets are $10 and will be sold in front of the dance studio-Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at lunch. The neon dance takes place from 7 to 9PM in the MPR, so students should put on their white clothes and come to have a blast.
FUSE has a new studio challenge called Design to Fly!! Created by Boeing engineers. this challenge allows students to design an airplane to fly. Students should come to FUSE to design and print stickers on water bottles, code a castle's draw bridge, as well as participate in a web coding challenge that tasks students with creating immersive virtual reality escape room environments.
