Greene's spring book fair is coming up and as always is a buy one get one book fair, so it's a great chance to get some books to read over the summer. This year students can now pay using a preloaded account that their parents can create for them prior to the fair, called e-wallet! To find out more, visit w-w-w-. scholastic .com slash b-f slash greene-middle-school to set up an account. The fair is held in the Library Classroom the week of May 13 - 17 and will be open before school, during brunch and lunch, after school, AND the evening of Open House! Get out your camping gear 8th graders! This year's grad party theme is summer camp. With plenty of games, food, and fun dancing, this is a night you won't forget. The fun happens on May 31st.
There will be no storage bags allowed at the party. Students may opt to change out of their grad clothes and into casual attire - bags must be handed off to a parent before entering. Tickets will be sold online starting May 10th There is an upcoming meeting for the parents of 8th graders who are interested in playing football at PALY next year.
The meeting takes place on Monday May 6th in the Media Suite at PALY. Don't miss this opportunity to have your parents meet with the coaches and become familiar with the people involved in the program.
Also, there will also be a training session on May 17th and 18th at PALY. More information on the training session will be out in the coming days. If you have any questions, see Coach Rode in C3.
